I recognise that everyone is different, and that no single therapeutic approach works for everyone. That’s why I draw on a variety of techniques, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and hypnotherapy, to create a personalized treatment plan for each of my clients.
By considering different preferences and learning styles, I aim to find the approach that will be most effective for each individual client. For example, some clients may benefit from a more cognitive-behavioural focus on changing negative thought patterns, while others may find that exploring unconscious patterns and early childhood experiences is more helpful.
